With the improvement of industrial automation, automation control has a stronger response to real-time, edge computing has higher requirements for data, and detection requirements have been further upgraded from qualitative detection to quantitative detection. In the fields of new energy, automotive assembly and manufacturing, industrial robotics, intelligent transportation, civil engineering and the Internet of Things, traditional static or low-speed acquisition is difficult to match the dynamic measurement needs of the East. The T070B four-channel distributed acquisition card should extend the traditional force response frequency from 100Hz to 10kHz on the basis of providing measurement accuracy.

Distributed dynamic acquisition

The T070B single card offers four synchronous acquisition channels, each with a maximum sampling rate of more than 30kS/s. As a client, the acquisition card can connect multiple acquisition cards to the server at the same time through the network switch to achieve a remote distributed acquisition system, and can also be used as a collection terminal of the Internet of Things.

 

High precision, low noise, low temperature drift

TO70B adopts 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC and programmed PGA, the comprehensive test accuracy is better than 0.01%, the lowest noise base is 4u 5, p-p, the nonlinear THD is not less than 100dB, the total analog ratio is not less than 140dB; At the same time, the acquisition card uses a wide temperature low noise industrial grade device, the temperature drift is 0.7 microvolt /℃, and the anti-interference performance is strong.

 

Dual type, dual range, support for strain/voltage acquisition

The TO70B integrates an internal programmable instrumentation amplifier PGA with a choice of ±20m V and ± 100m V software to provide a voltage per channel of 5 V and 5 V for high-stability bridge excitation, as well as support for full-bridge strain gauge sensors and universal m V voltage signals.

 

Support data acquisition software

The T070B is equipped with general data acquisition software, with acquisition parameter setting, waveform and numerical real-time display, zero calibration, file storage, data playback and other functions, and can provide customized secondary development services.
